I've red ripe plump tomato plants within my fridge. A bit of eco-friendly bell pepper, a carrot along with a potato. A box of quail eggs. I'm wondering things to prepare using these ingredients. I figured of the recipe. This isn't my very first time to prepare this dish. All I want was ground pork. I purchased some inside a nearby " talipapa ", it is a small wet market.


Great for 4-6 servings.


You will need:
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic clove
  • 2 medium red onion, finely minced
  • 250 grams red ripe plump tomato plants, finely minced
  • 1 medium potato, chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, chopped
  • 450 grams lean ground pork
  • a teaspoon of ground pepper
  • 2 tbsps of fish sauce
  • a little bit of eco-friendly pepper, seeded and finely minced
  • a mug of water
  • a bit of pork cube
  • 1 heapful teaspoon of white-colored sugar
  • 2 a large number of hard-steamed quail eggs

Inside a pan, over medium-high temperature. Put oil. Saute garlic clove until wealthy golden brown. Add onion and tomato plants. Prepare until very limp. Put potato and carrot. Prepare for five minutes. Put the ground pork, pepper and fish sauce. Prepare for 8-ten minutes. Stirring frequently to split up the floor pork.

Place the eco-friendly pepper. Saute for an additional a few minutes. Add within the water, pork cube and sugar. Mix. Cover. Provide boil. Then, reduce fire to low. Simmer for 12 minutes. Meanwhile, covering the eggs.

Add some quail eggs. Stir. Prepare until it boils again.

Serve over warm cooked grain or as filling for the white-colored bread.
