Dosa with Puffed grain

Raw grain - 3 cups
Urad dal - 1 cup
Puffed grain - 1/2 cup
Channa dal - 1 tablespoons of
Methi seeds -1 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Steps to make the Dosa

Wash and soak the puffed grain seperately. Remaining ingredients (except salt) together for six hrs.

Once prepared to grind, drain the puffed grain and add first towards the grinder. Run for handful of occasions for this to obtain ground smooth.

Adding the drained grain and continue grinding to some smooth batter, ensuring you set sufficient water.

When the batter is ground to soft texture, add salt and allow it to ferment overnight.

If you are planning to create dosas immediately, go to make, else you are able to refrigerate the batter.

To make the dosas:

Heat a tawa and when it's hot enough, spread the batter like a regular dosa. Sprinkle oil around.Cover having a lid and simmer lower.

Prepare for handful of mins, take away the lid and prepare on open. Don't switch on the other hand.

Serve with side dish of your liking.

This dosa shouldn't be cooked on top side. The pores happen whenever you prepare with lid covered and never start.

The dosas come out very soft with large amount of pores.
