Method

Add some three saags. salt and water into pressure oven prepare over low heat for 1 1/2 hrs.

Squeeze out saag and saag water aside. Mash saag within the oven until coarsely ground, and add makki atta and stir.

Put back saag water along with a little freshwater boil over slow fire.

Add eco-friendly chillies ginger root prepare till saag will get thick.

For tadka. add chopped onions, ginger root, garlic clove, red pepper powder garam masala, dhania saute until onions are light brown.

Mix into saag garnish with julienne of ginger root fried in ghee.

For makki ki roti:

nead the makki atta until it might be a ball, add atta to dry it knead.

Heat the tava and give a little ghee in order that it doesn't stick.

Make round shapes of makki roti on chakla carefully transfer towards the tava .

Prepare with ghee till golden brown.

Serve with hot sarson da saag and gur and white-colored butter.
