Recipe for white grape jam

Recipe for white grape jam

White-colored Grape Jelly. recipe and photographs

This switched out almost too pretty to consume. but too tasty to not!  I really like the colour it almost glows a pinkish apricot color.

This is made of the grapes I harvested a few days ago from the old grape vines which are so neglected I'm surprised they produce whatsoever.  They not just produce without any pruning, watering, fertilizing however they produce almost more grapes than I'm able to handle!  I shutter to consider the number of jars of jelly I would need to can each year basically required proper care of the correctly!

White-colored GRAPE JELLY. low sugar

4 Cups Grape juice

1 box no sugar pectin

Stir pectin into juice in large saucepan.

Provide full moving boil over high temperature stirring constantly

Add sugar, restore to boil, stirring

Boil for one minute, stirring

Pour into hot sterilized jars, placed on hot covers, screw on rings

Process ten minutes in water bath (approved method) or 12 minutes in steamer canner (the technique I personally use. for jams, jellies, and fruitsauces only )

Makes 5 1/2 pints

I really like how every batch is a touch different color with respect to the colour of individuals particular grapes in every juicer full!

Over 70 jars of jelly previously three days! Blackberry/Grape Jelly and White Grape Jelly. Next is applesauce!
