Flapjack pancake recipe south africa

Apologies for that radio silence&... but from a days price of leave to be able to move house, as well as the actual change from one humble abode to a different&... along with a quick jump over the pond to London to test a wedding gown&... I haven't really had an chance to create-up any blogs nor even check out many new restaurants or recipes.

Accept my humble apologies&... and that i promise to become back in line for the following month (until I'm on vacation again&...yes, again&... however this time for you to Nigeria for buddies wedding&...and also to perform the final planning of my very own that is happening in under 4months! Eeeckk!)

We'd *just* moved into our new house (3days in) and even though HIM needed to work the lunchtime shift in the restaurant&... I made the decision to surprise him with breakfast during sex&....

But searching within our fridge resulted in there wasn’t much to provide&....

This got me thinking Did any one of you have flapjacks or crumpets in the morning in Nigeria. I recall these as being a *treat* because of a special event in the morning or something sweet within the mid-day&...

I googled *flapjacks* and also got an entire variety of recipes for a kind of oat inspired biscuit (just like a *crunchie*) that wasn’t right&... and so i added the language *south african recipe* and it was beyond happy after i found things i was searching for around the All4Women platform.

The recipe is quite simple&... and doesn’t take lengthy to *whip* up and serve. Another benefit is they may be offered out of the box, or with jam/syrup/honey or perhaps a little bit of sugar cinnamon!

1 1/2 cups cake flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
Pinch salt (about 1/4 teaspoon)
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup melted butter
2 large eggs gently beaten

It couldn’t be simplier!

So would Once more this recipe? YES&... it's one for that *KEEP* pile!
