Recipe of malai kofta in gujarati seradi
  • Mix well the components from the kofta
  • Combine the components from the filling and blend well.
  • Take small servings of the kofta mixture and flatten the portion together with your hands. Then stuff the filling mixture in it.
  • Deep fry the koftas in herbal.
  • Prepare the masala paste by mixing the pointed out masalas.
  • Heat water inside a pan and boil tomato plants, bottle gourd and cabbage. Awesome the vegetables and grind/blend them. Add some other ingredients from the gravy into it.

  • juice of just oneOr2 lemon
  • salt to taste
  • 500 gms tomato plants
  • 1/2 cup bottle gourd(steamed)
  • 1/2 cup cabbage(steamed)
  • 1 teaspoon dry ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon chilli paste and pudina paste
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup malai
  • salt to taste

    For Masala Paste

  • 1 tablespoons of coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 3 tablespoons of cashewnuts (kaju) pieces
  • 2 bits of cinnamon,cloves,cardomom each
  • 1 piece badiyan
