Combine the components from the filling and blend well.
Take small servings of the kofta mixture and flatten the portion together with your hands. Then stuff the filling mixture in it.
Deep fry the koftas in herbal.
Prepare the masala paste by mixing the pointed out masalas.
Heat water inside a pan and boil tomato plants, bottle gourd and cabbage. Awesome the vegetables and grind/blend them. Add some other ingredients from the gravy into it.
Heat oil and saute the masala paste, adding gravy into it and prepare for five minutes.
Pour this gravy within the koftas and serve hot.
