Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- CHEESECAKE LAYER:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet choc chips
Directions
- Inside a large microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and chocolate. Cover and microwave on high for 30-a minute stir until smooth. Beat in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and baking powder progressively increase chocolate mixture until blended. Spread right into a greased microwave-safe 8-in. square dish put aside.
- Inside a large microwave-safe bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat within the sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth. Spoon over brownie batter cut through batter having a knife to swirl. Sprinkle with choc chips.
- Prepare, uncovered, at 70% power for 8-ten minutes or until a toothpick arrives clean. Prepare on high for one minute longer. Remove to some wire rack to awesome completely. Store within the refrigerator. Yield: 1 dozen.
