- 1 and 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup white-colored sugar
- 3/4 cup coconut palm sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 5 and 1/2 cups quick cooking oatmeal (See My Notes)
- 2 teaspoons sodium bicarbonate
- 1/2 cup small choc chips
- 1/2 cup small M&Ms
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- peanut butter - every other nut/seed butter
- butter - vegan alternatives
- coconut palm sugar - brown sugar
- egg replacer - ground flaxseed
- Preheat oven at 350F/180C for fifteen minutes.
- Whisk together egg replacer powder and water together and hang aside
- Inside a large bowl cream together the butters and sugars until light and creamy.
- Add the egg replacer mixture and vanilla flavoring beat well again.
- Now stir within the oatmeal and sodium bicarbonate mix well
- Add some choc chips, M&Ms and also the cranberries too
- Stop by a tablespoon of dough with an ungreased baking sheet, in inch apart. I flattened the dough before putting it within the oven.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes. I required out mine after 12 minutes itself.

- I am presuming that if you are using all choc chips and M&Ms without adding dried cranberries most likely the cookies will remain crisp for a longer period. Or possibly some nuts rather from the dried fruit. Will need to try to see.
I added 1 tablespoons of molasses, 1/4 black walnuts, 2 tablespoons of flaxseed, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 cup coconut butter, 1 cup flour to my oatmeal. The next time I’ll consider using a walnut or jasmine honey wash. I additionally substituted stevia powder rather of white-colored sugar.
