Cashew mysore pak recipe ingredients

Ingredients:

Cashew nuts -50gms (powdered)
Plain flour 50gms
Sugar -150gms
Pure ghee- 1/2cup -ghee melted
Cardamom powder
Melted hot ghee-3 1/2 cups

Method:

Inside a bowl, combine the cashew nuts powder, flour, ghee and cardamom powder and blend well. Keep aside.
In another pan, combine the sugar with 1/3 cup water and produce to some boil.
Simmer make syrup to 1 string consistency.
Add some cashew nuts and flour mixture and blend well, on the slow flame, stirring completely. Pour the new ghee, a slowly and gradually from the height inside a thin stream in to the cashew nut mixture. Keep stirring having a ladle inside a clockwise direction, adding bigger amount of the ghee for the finish.

Once the Mysore pak expands and a few ghee separates, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of cold water around the pak. If it's ready, the Mysore pak will sizzle indicating that it's prepared to be removed
Pour the mix right into a tray. Let it set just a little, crack a little hole somewhere and drain all of the excess ghee.
You receive roughly 2 Mire cups can come out. Reduce 12 squares or diamonds. Serve cold or hot. Serve cold or hot.
