Corrinder seeds - 2 teaspoon

Peppercons - 5 no
Dry mango powder/ amchur powder - 1- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
Kasthoori methi - 1 teaspoon
For that Curry
Oil - 1 tablespoons of
Butter - 2 tablespoons of
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Tomato - 2 large, steamed, peeled and mashed
Onion - 1 large finely chopped, reserve 4 tablespoons of to garnish
Ginger root garlic clove paste - 1 teaspoon
Capsicum - from 1/2 large capsicum chopped (optional, I skipped it)
Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoons of
Corriander leaves - 2 tablespoons of chopped
