My mother wanted me to prepare some chicken while using Happy Call Pan today therefore i obliged having a Teriyaki chicken dish on her. I favor to grill the chicken first before flowing within the sauce but you could marinate the chicken within the sauce and prepare it together if you want. Simple and easy , mess-free, she enjoyed reading this dish a lot that they even requested for that recipe from me.

1 boneless chicken leg
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup grain wine
3 tablespoons light soy sauce

3 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon water

Rub the chicken leg with salt throughout and get forced out for around a few minutes. Rinse the chicken while using grain wine.

Inside a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons mirin, 2 tablespoon of sugar and a pair of tablespoons water.

Heat the happy call pan on the medium high temperature for any minute. Put the chicken leg around the pan, skin side lower. Close the pan and lock it.

Switch over after 4 minutes and pour within the sauce ingredients. Close the pan and lock it. (I open the pan a few occasions to make sure that the chicken is cooked within the sauce but that is your decision)

Switch the pan over after 2 minutes and prepare for an additional 2 minutes. Dish up and serve using the remaining sauces within the pan.
