Really I'm always looking for party menus ,recipes that are jhatpat and yet tasty .

My party menu has a paneer along with a mushroom dish to pay for the lack of Non veg dishes, because I'm a pure vegetarian..

The recipe is straight forward, gravy is quick to create as well as tasty. It may be designed a previous day, and paneer could be added before serving.Cream improves the taste.

So heres the recipe for Shahi Paneer

INGREDIENTS 250 gms Paneer reduce reduce pieces

4 Tablespoons of oil or ghee &-&-&-&- 1 teaspoon salt

1 onion chopped &-&-&-&-&-- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

1/2 &" ginger root chopped &-&-&- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 eco-friendly chilli &-&-&-&-&-&-- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

5 big tomato plants chopped &-&- 1/3 cup cream or milk

1 Tb sp tomato sauce &-&-&-- 2 moti elaichi crushed (big brown cardamom)

METHOD -Heat 2Tbsp ghee / oil. Add chopped onion. ginger root, eco-friendly chilli. and moti elaichi.

Add tomato plants cover and prepare for 7-8 minutes, till tomato plants are pulpy.

Remove from fire and awesome .

Grind to some puree with the addition of 1/2 cup water.

Strain the puree.Heat 2 Tablespoons of oil inside a pan add some tomato puree.Add red chilli powder, garam masala,pepper powder and tomato sauce.

Prepare up until the gravy is very thick..

Right before serving heat the gravy add some paneer pieces. even the cream/ milk. Prepare for couple of minutes and serve. Garnish with a few grated paneer.

I love getting such variety when I've got a social gathering too&....it’s just this type of hit with everybody&...isn’t it?

Trupti even I love navratna korma naan and paneer. Perfect recipe for parties :)Try addng cashewnus too. Mommyof2 has recommended it in my experience. The dish will taste better still .

Certainly one of my pal is due visit in couple of days and paneer is her favorite. I believed of creating exactly the same:-) Looks great. consider adding couple of cashews the next time and you'll end up with wealthy gravy:-)

Oh Sups why have you have breakfast. I possibly could make some roti with this particular paneer. You might have had your brunch beside me ))))) hee&.....he&...ee. if perhaps it was possible what fun.Till then just droo..oool.She's Nita Mehta, not Nina Sups.
