A couple of years back Alton Brown tweeted a duplicate of his mother's White-colored Trash Mix recipe. I saved the tweet to create later on. That date finally folded around, and I am wondering why I anxiously waited such a long time!
This White-colored Trash Mix is essentially a white-colored chocolate chex mix. It's Chex cereal, Cheerios, MMs, mixed nuts thrown in white-colored chocolate. It's also highly addictive! We're able to not give up eating this. This only takes about a few minutes cooking up. It can make a lot! This White-colored Trash Mix could be efficient at a celebration as well as makes great teacher/co-worker/neighbor gifts.

roughly 15 cups

- 3 cups corn Chex cereal
- 3 cups grain Chex cereal
- 3 1/2 cups Cheerios cereal
- 2 1/2 cups mixed nuts
- 1 (12oz) bag MM candies
- 1 package pretzel Fish
- 3 (12oz) packages white-colored choc chips
Inside a large bowl, toss together cereals, nuts, MMs, and pretzels.
Melt white-colored chocolate inside a microwave safe bowl on HIGH for one minute. Stir. Continue heating chocolate in 30 second times until melted.
Pour melted white-colored chocolate over cereal mixture. Toss until fully coated. Pour coated mixture on foil, parchment or wax paper. Allow chocolate to setup. Break mixture into pieces.
