1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided

Mix meat mixture as directed, doubling all ingredients. Shape into 2 loaves. Place, side-by-side, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in 375°F oven one hour 25 min. or until done. Awesome, then refrigerate any leftover meat loaf use to create sandwiches.

Steps to make Cleanup Easy
Place all ingredients except 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Remove excess air from bag seal bag and squeeze until ingredients are evenly mixed. Shape meat mixture into loaf in bag. Transfer loaf from bag to prepared baking dish brush with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake as directed.

Special Extra
Prepare meatloaf as directed awesome, then slice. Wrap individual portions in foil. Label, date and put in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. When prepared to serve, unwrap and microwave until heated through (160°F).

Substitute
Substitute HEINZ Tomato Ketchup for that barbecue sauce.

Heat oven to 375°F. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce just until blended.

Shape into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Top with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake one hour or until done (160F).
