
Bring new twist for your traditional punjabi red gravy with this particular great sampled eco-friendly gravy. This hariyali gravy has distinguish taste and aroma that everybody only will like it. Eco-friendly tomato plants lend their color along with other vegetables brings taste and aroma for this dish.
Recipe: Hariyali Paneer
Ingredients
- For Marianade
- 2-221/2 cups Paneer(cottage type cheese)
- 1-2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon each Ginger root and eco-friendly chili
- paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- For eco-friendly gravy
- 2 big eco-friendly Tomato plants
- Oil when needed
- Eco-friendly garlic clove, chopped
- 1 big Eco-friendly capsicum, deseeded & chopped
- 3 Spring onions with vegetables, chopped
- 1 teaspoon each Ginger root and eco-friendly chili paste
- 1/2 cup Kasoori methi
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/4 cup mawa or dry milk powder
- Handful of tablespoons of fresh cream
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Garam masala based on taste
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate paneer pieces with fresh lemon juice, eco-friendly chilli and ginger root paste, cumin powder and salt for 15-twenty minutes.
- While paneer gets marianated, place eco-friendly tomato plants inside a pan, give a little water and boil. Cover and prepare for 15 to 20 minutes. When done,switch off the stove, strin out and allow it to awesome tiny bit.
- Heat oil inside a pan, add eco-friendly garlic clove vegetables, capsicum, spring onion vegetables, fenugreek leaves(methi) and saut. Add ginger root and eco-friendly chilip paste too. And when addig fennel seeds, include that, too. When done switch off the stove and allow it to awesome.
- Now, in to the processor or juicer, add steamed tomato plants and blend to puree. Add tiny bit water as needed to create smooth paste.
- When tomato plants are pureed, add sauted vegetables into pureed tomato plants and blend to puree again.
- Now Heat oil again within the same pan accustomed to saute vegetables. Add marianated paneer and saute paneer pieces till golden brown.
- When panner is brown enough, add eco-friendly puree and stirring carefully. Bring lower the temrature to low.
- Add other spices for example turmeric powder, garam masala and salt to taste. Prepare a little bit.
- Your Hariyali paneer is prepared. Garnish with again handful of tablespoons of cream, fresh finely chopped cilantro or fenugreek leaves and revel in wiht grain, roti, naan or paratha.
