1 lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta pasteurized prepared cheese product
1 roll Jimmy Dean hot or original sausage
1 can Rotel Mexican tomato plants (at a lower price spicy flavor, use original)

Brown meat until fully cooked. Ought to be hardly any grease. Meanwhile cut Velveeta into small cubes. When meat is fully cooked gradually add cubes of Velveeta, while stirring frequently. Turn burner to medium/high.

When Velveeta is melted turn burner to medium/low. Add Rotel Tomato mix. Mix well.

Best when dip is hot or stored warm. Great with chips, in tacos or burritos, or perhaps omlettes.

I've been causeing this to be for around ten years. Handful of strategies for you. I double this batch one JD Regular sausage and something JD Hot sausage. Also, it melts superbly inside a slow cooker. Just brown meat first and mix all in crockpot. Enjoy!
