
- 1 kilo bituka ng baboy at bulaklak or pig’s intestines
- 1 small ginger root
- 1 cup garlic clove, crushed
- ocean salt
- Clean the intestines completely inside a flowing water, ensuring every aspect is free of charge from dirt. Use ocean salt generously in cleaning them.
