Wild rice stuffed tomatoes recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 large tomato plants
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 cup cooked lengthy grain grain
  • two tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried tulsi
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Mozzarella dairy product
  • 1/4 pound Swiss cheese, reduce 1/2-inch cubes

Directions

  1. Cut a skinny slice off the top of the each tomato and discard remove core. Carefully scoop out and reserve pulp, departing singleOr2-in. covering. Invert tomato plants onto sponges to empty. Chop reserved pulp.
  2. Inside a large skillet, prepare beef until no more pink drain. Add some grain, parsley, tulsi, salt, pepper and tomato pulp heat through. Remove in the heat stir in cheeses.
  3. Spoon into tomato shells. Devote a greased shallow baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 6 servings.
