355 ml bottle, from the an archeological excavation within my beer cellar, as Flying Dog Wildeman Farmhouse IPA. BB date 24.05.2014. From Vinmonopolet. ABV is 7.5%. Deep golden colour, huge white-colored mind. Enjoyable aroma of ripe and also over-ripe fruits and berries, also notes of farmhouse. Flavour slightly around the sweet side, good maltiness, noticeable hops but fairly moderate to have an IPA.
12oz Flasche. Tr°bes goldenes Bier durch sch°nen Schaum. Kr°ftiges Citrus Aroma. Hopfen und leichtes Malz.
Bottle - Obvious deep golden colour, medium white-colored mind, good retention. Aroma of citrussy hops, pine, and yeast. Taste of sweet and grainy malt with grapefruit, lemon zest and a few sourish aftertaste. Mexium body and carbonation, lengthy bitter finish. Nice.
Bottle. Flows cloudy yellow colour, funky citrus hop aroma and flavour, very refreshing
Cloudy yellow IPA, foamy, the Saison yeast provides it with a strange but interesting rustic flavor. The aroma was good and citrus. The taste was slightly malty and balanced. Roasted, wild, amber style.
