Fudge recipe using cocoa sugar and milk

ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 pound powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened baking cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

directions

Put the butter and milk right into a small saucepan. Heat gradually over low heat before the butter is totally melted. Remove from heat, and stir within the powdered sugar, cacao powder, and vanilla. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with foil, parchment or waxed paper, and also have the lining overhang the perimeters from the pan by a good inch. Butter the liner. Press the fudge mixture in to the prepared pan, cover with a lot more foil or paper so the fudge doesn't dry up. Chill until awesome enough to deal with, try not to allow it to get freezing or it will likely be hard to cut. Remove in the pan by lifting the liner carefully. Take away the lining, and reduce squares.
