Ingredients:
- Salt or Sand
Dry Ingredients.
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of of cacao powder
- teaspoon soda bi carb
Wet Ingredients
- 100ml milk
- 50ml of butter
- 60ml of curd
Method:
- Pre heat the oven, layer the bottom with salt or sand and put a diamond ring.
- Keep your rubber ring within the lid and take the vent valve (oven whistle).
- Allow the oven warm up for ten minutes on medium flame
- Sieve together – plain flour, powdered sugar, cacao powder, baking powder and soda bi carb
- Add some wet ingredients tot he dry ones – milk, butter and curd and whisk everything together
- Inside a greased tin add some batter and swirl and tap the tin
- Open pressure oven, put the tin and allow the cake bake for twenty five minutes
- Demould the wedding cake and allow it to awesome for couple of minutes
