A In traditional halwa. milk is evaporated gradually making small granules of milk solids. Which means you get individuals granular texture while eating it. Versus gajar halwa created using condensed milk has creamy and smooth texture.

Ingredients:

Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tablespoon
Carrots 2 cups, grated
Milk cup
Sweetened condensed milk cup

Cashew nuts 1 tablespoon, chopped
Raisins 1 tablespoon
Cardamom powder teaspoon

Steps to make gajar ka halwa with condensed milk (Step-by-step Recipe with Photos):

1) Heat the ghee inside a pan. Once hot add grated carrots and stir.

5) Prepare till all of the milk is dried up. It required me 2-3 minutes.

7) Mix and allow it to prepare. Don’t forget to stir every now and then.

9) Add cashews and raisins. Include cardamom powder.
