Andhra Mutton Curry Recipe:

A spicy, slow cooked traditional Andhra style mutton curry, intense and strongly flavorful.

A convention Andhra mutton curry recipe that people make at our mother in laws and regulations house usually of all special day. It's prepared within the rustic village style which helps retain scrumptious flavor in to the meat recipe. It’s spicy and mind blowingly scrumptious. Using aluminum vessels (most generally utilized in villages) not just helps make the curry tasty and flavorful, but additionally it can make the recipe get the intense colour and adds an excellent texture towards the gravy.

Ingredients (Serves 3-4):

  • Mutton, reduce 2 inch pieces
  • 2 large Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1 pinch Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger root garlic clove paste
  • A lot coriander
  • 3 Eco-friendly chilies slit with the center
  • cup Oil – 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 and cup Water

Preparation:

  1. In deep wok/kadhai/pot heat oil adding eco-friendly chilies and onions and fry.
  2. Once onions turn golden brown, add ginger root garlic clove paste and fry well up until the raw smell disappears.
  3. Add mutton towards the mixture and prepare covered for five-10 min.
  4. Add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt and blend well.
  5. Add water and canopy prepare on the low heat, stirring from time to time up until the meat is tender.
  6. Adding garam masala and coriander leaves and blend well. Prepare for just two minutes.
  7. Switch off the stove, allow resting for a few mins and serve hot with grain or chapatti.
