Ingredients for Shakkarkand Ke Gulab Jamun Recipe
Sweet taters steamed, peeled and mashed 1
Sugar
Ghee to deep fry
Milk powder two tablespoons
Refined flour (maida) 1 1/two tablespoons
Baking powder a pinch
Eco-friendly cardamom powder a pinch
Khoya/mawa, grated 1/4 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Saffron (kesar) a pinch
Method
Step One
Heat sufficient ghee inside a kadai. Mash yams well inside a parat.
Step Two
Add milk powder, maida, sodium bicarbonate and blend well. Add eco-friendly cardamom powder and blend. Mash khoya well, increase yams mixture and blend.
Step Three
