The Valve is really a block added by XyCraft. A Multi Tank could be produced by setting up a hollow rectangular prism having a Valve in almost any face, and right hitting the Valve. A Valve can produce a Multi Tank from any material, excluding soft materials (dirt, sand, gravel, etc.). While one Valve is needed to create a Multi Tank, there's no limit regarding the number of Valves you could have around the tank (as long as the tank is big enough to contain that lots of Valves). A Valve can't be put on any fringe of a Multi Tank for the reason that situation the Multi Tank won't form.
