10 ounces water (about 1 1/3 cups)
3 whole cloves
4 whole eco-friendly cardamom pods, cracked
4 whole black peppercorns
stick cinnamon
teaspoon black tea
cup milk
2 slices fresh ginger root root

Bring water to some boil and add spices. Cover and boil 15-20 minutes, adding black tea. Let take a couple of minutes, adding the milk and go back to a boil. Don’t allow it to boil over. If this reaches a boil, remove immediately from heat, strain, and sweeten with honey, if preferred.
