OMG! It was so great my hubby wants me to really make it again! The only real changes I made were because my roast was frozen I put a few of the juice in the peppers and a few Shiraz wine at the base from the pot therefore it wouldn’t crack (that also meant I couldn’t brown it, however it was still being scrumptious) and that i used Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup (it’s things i been on the kitchen). My British Cut Roast was just 2.5 lbs. however i still used a complete stick of butter (unsalted, we attempt to look at our salt intake). Eight hrs on low also it was failing. The &"gravy&" was awesome. We ate it over No Yolk Noodles one evening and shredded on buns after some raw onion another night. I left the peppers set for the sandwiches (taking out the stems and cutting them up). Sent this recipe to my buddy who managed to get and claimed so that it is scrumptious! P.S. I put frozen meat within the slow oven constantly just make certain there's some liquid who are holding cards to prevent cracking.

I don’t think it’s spicy. It adds a layer of flavor towards the roast. If you're worried, you could include only a couple of from the peppers.
