Noodle recipe by vah chef vada

Noodles Pakora are pakoras having a slight twist of noodles. Pakoras are a record favorite snack in India and excellent for any wet day or winter day or party.

Ingredients

  • → Cabbage(julians) 1/2 Cup.
  • → Carrot(julians) 1/2 Cup.
  • → Eco-friendly bell pepper(julians) 1/2 Cup.
  • → Onion(julians) 1/2 Cup.
  • → Eco-friendly chillies(chopped) 2 Figures.
  • → Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Ginger root garlic clove paste 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Coriander seeds(crushed) 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Cumin seeds(crushed) 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Salt To Taste.
  • → Noodles 1 Cup.
  • → Coriander leaves(chopped) 1/4 Bunch.
  • → Chick pea flour two tablespoons.

Directions

1. Have a bowl and add thin slices of cabbage, carrot, eco-friendly bell pepper, onion, eco-friendly chillies, turmeric powder, ginger root garlic clove paste, crushed coriander seeds, crushed cumin seeds, salt and blend completely. 2. Add steamed noodles, coriander leaves, chick pea flour and blend completely. 3. Heat oil inside a pan after which stop by the pakoras using hands and deep fry into golden brown in colour and transfer it into paper towel. 4. The hot pakoras will be ready to serve hot.
