Ingredients Of Walnut Halwa

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup khoya
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cup dry milk
  • 1 liter fresh milk
  • 8 eco-friendly cardamoms
  • 3 tablespoons of. clarified butter or ghee

Approach To Walnut Halwa

  • To begin with take 1 tablespoons of. sugar and  cardamom and grind it.
  • Now have a cooking bowl and add milk and sugar inside it. Prepare it until it become thick. When milk get thick then slow the flame.
  • Now take another cooking bowl put butter inside it as well as heat up, now put cardamom.
  • Next add Khoya, walnut, milk powder, prepare rid of it.
  • If this prepare well add already cooked milk and then leave it on the slow flame.
  • When milk will get evaporate then prepare it over high flame. Your Sweet is prepared. Garnish it with chopped almonds and khoya.
