Ingredients
- → Curry leaves(chopped) 2 Springs.
- → Coriander leaves(chopped) 1/2 Bunch.
- → Salt To Taste.
- → Chilly paste 1 Teaspoons.
- → Pepper corn powder 1/2 Teaspoons.
- → Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoons.
- → Ginger root garlic clove paste 1/2 Teaspoons.
- → Oil To Fry.
- → All-purpose flour 3 Teaspoons.
- → Corn starch 4 Teaspoons.
- → Cauliflower (medium size) 1 Figures.
Directions
- Take cauliflower florets blanch them in serious trouble for one minute.
- Have a bowl add salt, ginger root garlic clove paste, garam masala, chopped coriander, chopped curry leaves, red chilly paste, pepper powder, all-purpose flour, corn starch.
- Add water mix it just like a thick batter, pour this batter to the cauliflower, coat using the mixture towards the cauliflower and deep fry them two times.
- Eco-friendly chilly and curry leaves also fried together with cauliflower, then serve this hot.
