Steps to make Gol Gappay

  • Mix all ingredients mix well kneed making dough.
  • Place a side for several-4 hrs.
  • Make balls by making use of slight oil.
  • Roll with pin roller now cut with any glass or cap.
  • Heat oil and set puriyan press and dip with spoon allow it to fry well from each side.
  • Gol Gappay is prepared .

Steps to make Khajoor ki chutney:

  • Invest ingredients in grinder and grind them.
  • For Sour water:Mix all ingredients in pan, prepare till 2-3 boils and hand out.
  • Prick fried pories from center grow it with filling, sour water and dates chutney.
  • Serve with red chilli and eco-friendly chutney.
  • Gol Gappay and khajoor ki chutney is able to serve.
