Designed a great smoothie with green spinach, frozen four berry mix, one tablespoon flax seeds, and water. Adopted the straightforward eco-friendly smoothie formula, but work in two since it is only for me. Switched out good, but had an excessive amount of a green spinach-y taste. Would use 3/4 cup the next time rather of just one cup.

Just made my first smoothie. 2 cups green spinach, 1 cup mixed frozen fruit, 2 T coconut oil, 2T hemp powder contributing to 1/2 iced Passion tazo tea. Pretty good but can be somewhat tastier&...any ideas? Can there be enough diet within this to exchange breakfast or lunch?
