Ingredients

  • → gr chillies 5 Piece.
  • → ginger root garlic clove paste 1 Teaspoons.
  • → cumin pdr 10 Grams.
  • → cashewnuts 5 Grams.
  • → chilli pdr 10 Grams.
  • → coriander leaves 1 Springs.
  • → oil 20 ml.
  • → onion 1 Figures.
  • → cumin 5 Grams.
  • → coriander pdr 10 Grams.
  • → whole garam masala 1 Pinch.
  • → turmeric 1 Pinch.
  • → tomato plants 1 ml.
  • → peas 100 Grams.
  • → salt 1 To Taste.
  • → Paneer Indian cheese 225 Grams.
  • → cream 30 ml.
  • → kastoori methi 3 Pinch.

Directions

  1. fry cashew onions and tomato plants gingergarlic turmeric.
  2. blend onion ginger root and garlic clove tomato plants cashew together.
  3. Blend tomato plants right into a paste.
  4. Heat oil inside a sauce pan add cumin and masla paste.
  5. chilli powder, coriander and salt and then fry for an additional 2 min.
  6. Add steamed peas and stir to combine using the spices.
  7. Add water and produce to some boil, cover and simmer on low flame for five min.
  8. Add fried paneer and simmer for 10 min more. add cream
  9. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with chapathis, naan or parathas. Serves up to six people.
