Mutton chops recipe hyderabadi style prawn

Lamb Pepper Chops cooked in curry style a lip smacking mutton recipe having a delectable flavors of fresh peppercorns, garlic clove and cumin seeds baked into the masalas and mutton pieces. It's a dry dish and goes well with chapatti, roti, naan or perhaps best with hot grain and rasam.

Ingredients

  • → pepper powder 1 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → butter 1 Teaspoons.
  • → coriander powder 1 Tablespoons.
  • → coconut powder 1 Tablespoons.
  • → red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → salt To Taste.
  • → curry leaves 7 Leaf.
  • → Turmeric Powder Pinch.
  • → Ginger root Garic Paste 1 Teaspoons.
  • → onions 1 Cup.
  • → Oil 1 1/two tablespoons.
  • → Garama masala 2 each Figures.
  • → Lamb chops 500 Grams.
  • → coriander leaves 1 Bunch.
  • → garam masala podwer Pinch.

Directions

  1. Take Lamb chops wash and a side.
  2. Have a presurecooker add oil,garamasalas, chopped onions mix well add gingergarlic,turmeric,curry leaves,salt to taste,red chilli powder,coconut powder,coriander powder saute tiny bit adding chops in it mix well and then add water and shut with presure oven lid and prepare for 15min.
  3. When the chops are cooked ensure that it stays a side, have a non-stick pan add butter, chopped garlic clove,pepper powder, more curry leaves and blend now add some cooked chops for this mixture.
  4. Prepare this in very slow flame till it changes colour to brown or up until the masala stays with the chops.Lastly add coriander leaves chopped and garama masala powder.Serve with roti or grain.
