Nutrela granules kabab recipe by vahrehvah

Shami kebab or shaami kebab is a well-liked local number of kebab within the Indian Subcontinent. Aside from Punjabi cuisine it is part of Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine.

Ingredients

  • → Red chilly 2 Figures.
  • → Mace 1 Grams.
  • → Cardamom 1 Figures.
  • → Cloves 2 Figures.
  • → Tailed pepper 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Black cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Coriander seeds 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Chana dal(steamed) 1/2 Cup.
  • → Soya chunks 1/2 Cup.
  • → Coriander leaves(chopped) 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Mint leaves(chopped) 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Oil 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Butter 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Lime juice 1 Teaspoons.

Directions

1. Take soya granules and put in boiling water for five mins and squeeze water and aside. 2. Heat pan and add red chilly, mace, cardamom, cloves, tailed pepper, black cumin seeds, coriander, cumin seeds and dry roast it. 3. Transfer into mixie jar to create fine powder and transfer right into a plate. 4. Within the same mixie jar add chana dal, soya chunks making smooth powder. 5. Have a bowl and add masala powder, smooth paste, ginger root, garlic clove, eco-friendly chillies, red chilly powder, salt, coriander leaves, mint leaves, lime juice and blend nicely. 6. Take small dumpling and provide kabab shape. 7. Heat butter with little oil inside a pan and put the kabab and prepare it on sides. 8. The Shammi kabab is able to serve.
