Healthy peanut butter oatmeal cookies recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup regular oatmeal
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 375°.
