Aloo baingan recipe nisha madhulika besan

Aloo baingan sabzi prepared with taters and brinjal sauted in spices are extremely appetizing to consume. This dish could be prepared effortlessly and instantly.

Ingredients for baingan aloo sabzi

  • Brinjal - 500 grams
  • Taters - 4 (300 grams)
  • Oil - 2-3 tablespoons of
  • Gree coriander - 2-3 tablespoons of
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida - 1-2 pinch
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Eco-friendly chilly - 2 (finely chopped)
  • Ginger root - 1 " piece (grated)
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon (according to taste)
  • Mango powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps to make baingan aloo sabzi recipe

Wash and peel taters. Soak them in water. Prior to making sabzi, dice the taters. Also, wash brinjals.

Preheat oil inside a wok. Add asafoetida and cumin seed in it and saute for while. After sauteing cumin seeds, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, eco-friendly chilly and ginger root. Saute for couple of more minutes. Now add diced taters, half the quantity of salt and stir until taters are sauted nicely with spices. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water in wok. cover and prepare for five minutes.

Meanwhile chop brinjal in 1-1.5 " pieces. Open the lid and appearance taters. Stir the taters and add brinjals chunks within the wok. Include remaining salt and red chilly powder. Mix all of the ingredients very well. Add 2-3 tablespoons of more water, cover and prepare for five-6 more minutes on low flame.

Open the lid and appearance the sabzi. Taters continue to be under cooked. Stir the sabzi nicely and add 2 tablespoons of more water, if needed.
