Aloo gobi masala gravy recipe vahrehvah chef

A Punjabi style gravy dish produced from potato, cauliflower and eco-friendly peas with typical North Indian onion-tomato gravy.

Ingredients

  • → Tomato plants 50 Grams.
  • → Mutter 50 Grams.
  • → Gobhi (cauliflower) 100 Grams.
  • → Aloo(potato) 100 Grams.
  • → Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Coriander powder 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Cumin powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Chilly powder 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Turmeric 1 Pinch.
  • → Ginger root garlic clove paste 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Salt To Taste.
  • → Tomato plants 100 Grams.
  • → Onions 100 Grams.
  • → Butter 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Eco-friendly chilly 2 Figures.
  • → Coriander chopped 1/2 Bunch.
  • → Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoons.

Directions

  1. Heat oil inside a pressure oven, add onions, salt, saut it and add ginger root garlic clove paste, tomato plants, turmeric, chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mix this and set the lid on and allow it to prepare for 15-20 minutes inside a slow flame (6 whistles).
  2. Heat butter inside a pan add gobi, mutter, aloo (steamed), add tomato plants, salt, saute it and add onion tomato gravy, water, mix rid of it and set the lid on and prepare for a while, once you are looking at boil adding eco-friendly chilly, chopped coriander place the lid on and allow it to prepare for just two minutes, add roasted sesame seeds, mix rid of it and serve this hot.
