Aloo gobi masala gravy recipe vahrehvah rava

Aloo Gobi is really a dry vegetarian Indian side dish created using Aloo (taters) and gobi (cauliflower) combined with spices and stir fried. A tasty aloo gobi mutter made from taters, cauliflower and eco-friendly peas combined with the spices. Serve with puris or rotis.

Ingredients

  • → salt To Taste.
  • → coriander powder 2 Teaspoons.
  • → garam masala 1 Teaspoons.
  • → tomato plants, chopped 3 Figures.
  • → red chili powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → turmeric powder 3/4 Teaspoons.
  • → ginger root-garlic clove paste 1 Teaspoons.
  • → cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons.
  • → oil 1/4 Cup.
  • → taters, cubed 4 Figures.
  • → cauliflower, reduce florets 1 Figures.
  • → onion 1 Figures.
  • → eco-friendly chilli 2 Figures.
  • → amchoor pdr 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → chopped coriander leaves 1 Bunch.
  • → gr peas 1 Tablespoons.

Directions

  1. Heat oil inside a pan, saute cumin seeds, ginger root-garlic clove paste for any minute and crushed tomato, onion and eco-friendly chilli and add turmeric, prepare till oil ozzes out. Add remainder of spices included water, add taters, cauliflower and salt. Fry for couple of minutes.
  2. Lower heat, cover and simmer for around fifteen minutes before the vegetables are cooked.
  3. Serve hot with naan, chapati or roti.
