Sometimes we wish to eat simple food rather of roasted and spicy biryani etc. In simple food we are able to likewise incorporate aloo gosht, everyone makes it easily, but do this recipe with easy and usual ingredients however with a scrumptious taste.

Manpasand Aloo Gosht by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  1. Mutton kg
  2. Tomato plants 2 (chopped)
  3. Salt 1 teaspoon
  4. Chili powder 1-1/2 teaspoon
  5. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Turmeric powder teaspoon
  7. All spice powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Ginger root garlic clove paste 1 tablespoons of
  9. Large Onion (ground) 1
  10. Yogurt 4 tablespoons of
  11. Taters 3 (reduce cube)
  12. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoons of (chopped)
  13. Eco-friendly chilies 2 whole
  14. Oil cup

Method:

  • Inside a pan warm up oil add ginger root garlic clove, onion, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mutton, fry well.
  • Adding chopped tomato plants and fry more.
  • Adding 1 cup water cover and prepare till meat is tender.
  • Now add yogurt and taters fry well.
  • Prepare till taters tender.
  • Lastly add chopped coriander leaves, eco-friendly chilies and all sorts of spice powder and switch flame off.
