Ingredients for Aloo Matar Paneer Recipe

Potato – 1
Paneer – 1/3 cup (pieces)
Eco-friendly peas – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1
Ginger root – 1 " piece
Eco-friendly chilli – 3-4
Garlic clove cloves – 6 -7
Tomato – 2
Dried fenugreek leaves – 2 table spoons
Coriander powder – 1/2 table spoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 desert spoon
Oil – as needed
Salt – to taste
Garam masala – 1/2 desert spoon
Cashew nuts – 1 desert spoon
Red chilli powder – 1/2 desert spoon
Cumin seeds – 2 table spoon
Coriander leaves – 2 table spoon (finely chopped)

Steps to make Aloo Matar Paneer Food Recipe

Boil taters, remove skin and cut them into small pieces. Grind tomato plants and cashew in grinder. Cut onions into small pieces. Grind ginger root, garlic clove, eco-friendly chillies in grinder.

Heat oil inside a pan. Add steamed potato pieces and shallow fry them and these questions plate, in same oil add paneer pieces and fry till they turn golden brown and aside.

Take curry right into a bowl garnish with coriander leaves. Aloo Matar Paneer is prepared. Serve with nans or chapathi.
