Wow, for something from a box along with a couple of cans, this really is certainly restaurant quality food! If only I'd the olives for that topping, and then time I'd use just eco-friendly onions only. It's wonderful capped with sour cream, and Buddha would really like some guacamole the next time too. (You will see a the next time). This does indeed make 6 servings. Oh, I and that i added everything just before baking, (no 5 min b4, etc.). Labored great! Thank you for posting a keeper recipe. )
We actually enjoyed these very fast and simple enchiladas. Who'd have considered to use taquitos instead of time consuming step of filling and moving traditional enchiladas? Brilliant. We obviously do not have Jose Ole brand taquitos my home, so I needed to use things i may find. I made the recipe as written using chicken taquitos (they did not possess the cheese inside them), and "zesty salsa" flavored refried beans. The next time I make these, I believe I'll use eco-friendly enchilada sauce because the red sauce appeared to overpower the sunshine flavor from the chicken. I believe the red sauce are the best suitable for the more powerful flavored beef taquitos. These reheat well, tasting better still the following day. Appreciate writing this wonderful, time saving recipe. it's certainly a keeper!
good idea! i made use of the chicken and cheese flour taquitos, black beans rather of refried, jazzed in the enchy sauce with garlic clove powder and cayenne, added diced serrano peppers and garlic clove towards the onion mixture, and overlooked the olives. extremely fast, simple and easy , tasty recipe. it went over well with dh. he really loved it! offered with spanish grain. thanks, lazyme!!
