Ingredients to create Aloo Tikki.

  • Potato - 500 gms. (8-10)
  • Bread - 4
  • Eco-friendly Peas - 100 gms.
  • Coriander Powder - 1 desert spoon
  • Amchoor Powder- 1/4 desert spoon
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 desert spoon
  • Eco-friendly Chilli - two or three
  • Eco-friendly Coriander Leaves - 50 gms.
  • Salt - according to your taste
  • Refined oil or ghee - 3 table spoon

Steps to make Aloo Tikki

Wash and boil the taters. Also boil peas by 50 percent table spoon water. It will require 5-6 minutes for peas to boil. Now awesome and blend peas. Now have a pan as well as heat 1 table spoon oil inside it. Add coriander powder, eco-friendly chilli, peas paste, salt, coriander powder, garam masala and blend them well. Prepare the masala for atleast 2-3 minutes. The filler to fill within the tikki is ready.

Peel the taters after cooling them. Break the taters into small pieces and add salt into it. Knead the mix after which divide it into 7-8 parts. Likewise, divide the mix from the filler into 7 equal parts.

Go ahead and take potatoe mixture inside your hands and dent it to grow it using the masala mixtue. Now create a ball after which flatten it together with your hands. Make 6-7 flat disc using the mixture. Convey a pan around the stove/oven and pour 1 table spoon oil onto it. Spread the oil evenly around the pan and put all of the tikkis onto it. Fry the cutlets at low flame and pour more oil around the sides from the tikkis(cutlets). Now turn along side it from the cutlets and fry till both sides turn brown.

Place the tikki on the plate and serve it with eco-friendly chutney, sweet chutney, chat masala and skimmed curd.
