Directions

Place eggs in one layer inside a saucepan and canopy with sufficient water that there are 1 1/2 " water over the eggs. Remove from heat and then leave covered for 14 minutes, then rinse under cold water continuously for one minute.

Slice the eggs in two lengthwise, removing yolks to some medium bowl, and placing the whites on the serving platter. Mash the yolks right into a fine crumble utilizing a fork.
