Heinz Ketchup’s special 110 years old recipe adds the perfect mixture of spices to go with your salads. Mix together with your favorite mayonnaise or oil and vinegar base to improve and be sure your &"dressing for achievement&"! Try the next two fresh tasting dressing recipes which will make &"homemade&" fast and simple.

Family French Dressing

1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar Treatment
two to three teaspoons confectioners sugar
1 clove garlic clove, split
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper

Combine ingredients in jar. Cover shake intensely. Chill to combine flavors. Remove garlic clove shake again before serving. Makes 1-1/4 cups.

1000 Island Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar Treatment
one to two teaspoons granulated sugar
1/4 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
two tablespoons Sweet Relish
1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped

Blend mayonnaise with vinegar, sugar and ketchup. Fold in relish and chopped egg. Cover chill. Serve over mind lettuce, salad vegetables or sliced tomato plants. Makes about 1-3/4 cups.
