Simpsons' Maris Otter includes a wealthy and nutty flavor and despite its small, berry size includes a strong husk. This malt delivers foreseeable brewhouse performance with modest, yet consistent extracts. Brewers can get good runoffs with obvious wort.

    Mild. Mainly employed for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and enjoyable, spicy, and soft.
