Ingredients


  • 6 eggs
  • 1 kg milk
  • 4 tablespoons of ghee
  • 2 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • nuts ( almonds - pistachios )
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of butter

Directions

  1. Boil the milk in order that it becomes half the initial quantity .Now keep your milk aside from the flame .
  2. Beat the eggs and sugar plus a beater in order that it becomes creamy .
  3. Add baking powder towards the eggs .
  4. Place the milk again on flame and add some eggs mixture into it gradually and progressively stirring continuously ,to ensure that no protuberances are created .Add ghee into it .
  5. The mix shouldn't keep to the pan which means you must keep stirring .
  6. Now once the ghee is settled lower adding butter into it and stirring .
  7. Once the oil separates in the edges and also the colour becomes golden brown the halwa is prepared .
  8. Remove it on the slightly greased tray and sprinkle grounded nuts .
  9. Allow it to awesome then reduce preferred shapes .
