- 3 cups strong coffee
- 3 cups coconut cream (produced from 400g coconut meat or canned)
- two tablespoons + two tablespoons agar agar powder
- 1 cup + 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Directions
Prep: 5 min › Prepare: 10 min › Ready in: 15 min
- Heat coconut cream with two tablespoons of agar agar powder lightly inside a pot over medium heat. Provide a light boil, stirring frequently. Add 1 cup salt and sugar. Pour into individual molds or perhaps a cake pan, approaching a maximum of midway. Let harden (takes about fifteen minutes.)
- Heat coffee using the remaining two tablespoons agar agar powder inside a pot over medium heat. Provide a light boil, stirring frequently. Add 1-1/2 cups sugar and vanilla flavoring. Pour on the top from the coconut jelly within the individual molds or perhaps a cake pan, while coffee jelly continues to be hot. Let harden.
- Serve 70 degrees or cold, in individual molds or reduce decorative shapes.
