Step One: Boil milk inside a saucepan over medium heat. Then reduce heat to really low.
Step Two: Preheat oven at 250 levels. Beat egg-whites by having an electric mixer until foamy. Give a pinch a salt and beat again for a few seconds.
Step Three: Add sugar and vanilla, one tablespoon to another and beat the mix.
