Oven cooked lamb shank recipe
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons essential olive oil

  • 2 cups Port wine
  • 1 cup dark wine
  • 4 cups chicken stock or water

  • Toasted Orzo Pasta, recipe follows
  • Slow Roasted Tomato plants, recipe follows
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 levels F.
